Support custom thumbnail sizes

The thumbnail dimensions are stored in Foldername.ini so can be customised in theory, can frogtool support this somehow?
To begin with it could just read that file & use whatever size it finds there to support existing user customisations, but maybe at some point it could also allow you to enter a custom size and save that into the file too
