Currently krowser is read-only.
We can allow editing (under a feature flag, some people will probably just want a read-only experience) various things in kafka and schema-registry (like CRUD operations for topics, partition assignments, subjects, configs, modifying consumer group offsets).
Each one of those should be in its own feature flag for maximum flexibility.
