The banner indicating an older API version on a page should link to the equivalent page for the latest API

Description

When viewing the docs for an old API version, the banner that shows up as a warning should link to the equivalent page in the latest API version instead of the Version Release page.

In my opinion, it should only use the release page as a fallback option.

Steps to reproduce

Visit https://typesense.org/docs/0.20.0/api/documents.html and select the option to switch to 0.24.1.

Expected Behavior

It should take me here: https://typesense.org/docs/0.24.1/api/documents.html.

Actual Behavior

It takes me here: https://typesense.org/docs/0.24.1/api/
