Update Macos Sonoma 14. #208
Comments
Wifi on Sonoma is quite easy to fix, just follow the guide on OCLP GitHub |
Also, you can check out my EFI for the fix |
@johnwtt Hi, I am trying to install sonoma too (I also succeeded but it works badly). I downloaded your config.plist file. Comparing it with mine I am missing all the Patch part, can you help me to understand what needs to be put? thanks |
Have you try running on my config ? If that works for you then copy all patch enabled in my config to yours |
some I can't find, could you share your whole EFI so I can try that? For it starts but some things don't work like audio, wifi etc.. Thank you very much |
Sure, I will send you the link in approx. 30 mins |
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tiokAd23_QTrceUOjTZebkZBys47rw0v/view?usp=sharing There you go |
Thanks, I tried booting with your EFI and it starts up now I also see the unlocked wifi symbol but it doesn't find any network. Maybe I have some error in the config.plist file? does it work for you? Thanks again |
Are you using broadcom or intel, mine is for broadcom, you only need to change some kext to make it work |
hey there, i have used your efi to my x1c6 and it works like a charm except the wifi part. |
Can you send me your config.plist ? I belive the recommended BCM patching can be blamed for this problem |
thanks! |
Ok, so you should disable the patch at /Kernel/Block. The Skywalker dowgrade one and try to boot again |
thanks, and found a fix. |
I don't use HiDPI so idk how to fix it but I will look into it. You can
check out Olarila Toolkit for answer

After a clean snapshot on Propertree it wouldn't boot.
So I just added a line in your config.plist with itwln.kext and it now
boots and works fine.
But I see the display isn't on hidpi mode. Strange, I'm using
BetterDisplay, which enable HiDpi very easily.
Do you use the terminal command for HiDpi instead?
