2022-05-09 22:52:41,357 INFO: 订单提交失败, 错误码：0, 返回信息：获取用户订单信息失败(下单商品可能为第三方商品，将切换为普通发票进行尝试)；
PS：不是京东国际的商品可正常下单；

解决了，在提交订单前手动修改一下配送方式（我的是京东自营），并且提交订单时带上 'overseaMerge': 1 的参数
