After a while I found the source and made a PR
It was a small oversight on Nucleoid #15
Since the Fantasy dimensions use immutable world properties the gametime of the runtime worlds were not updated while it still ran scheduled functions, causing them to run using the wrong time as reference Nucleoid #55 and Nucleoid #56 fixes it by overriding tickTime to only update the time of the day
I may look into allowing runtime worlds to have their own time, day count and weather in the future too
