SNBT parser in/out

In adition of the "RAW Uncompressed Text" format, Mojang a create a second text format for NBT file representation: The SNBT.
This new format, strongly inspired by JSON, is much less verbose than the original RAW text format, and therefore much easier to read and manipulate.
Its support in this library would be a real plus.
