Add a Card Component to the Project

Proposed Feature

With this issue, add a simple card component that its use for displaying any type of data.

Acceptance Criteria

• The component should be located at src/components/Card.tsx
• The component must have a story for the storybook. (Located at src/stories)
• Make sure all features are well documented with JSDoc. Here is a guide for more info.
• Rounded corners with twmerge support.
