Consistent theme and label formatting for all node types

Currently some node types are missing from the theme and have the default charcoal colour. Many are also missing from the label formatting block. The task here is to come up with a theme and formatting to cover all Skyframe node types and has a degree of consistency regarding colours (e.g. perhaps colour could reflect which phase a node is related to: loading, analysis or execution).
