Describe the bug - Required
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

The Encounter Type terminology seed is out-of-sync with the actual Encounter Types being created in the Encounter models. We should update this seed or remove it.

Environment - Required

  • Tuva project package version (e.g. 0.6.0): 0.12.2
  • dbt version (e.g. 1.7): 1.8
  • dbt type (e.g. dbt cloud or dbt CLI): CLI
  • Data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake): Snowflake

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
