Duplicating activity and calendar entries using turnitintooltwo and Moodle #690

We found an issue with Turnitin V2 and Calendar entries in Moodle.

Within a course, duplicating a Tiiv2 activity and not renaming the newly created activity (from duplicate function) does not append the "(copy)" in the Calendar event.
Renaming the duplicated activity results in creating another entry (double entry) in the calendar event. One with the original name, and the other one with the renamed.
Deleting the duplicated activity removes both entries in the calendar event.

It doesn't have to be a duplicated activity, just renaming a turnitin seems to create duplicate calendar activities.
