BP and PCU icons for Data Net option #1

To reproduce:

Enable the "Data Net" option for a ship.

Expected results:

Two numbers appear. Consistent with other items, the PCU cost is on the left, and the BP cost is on the right.
The PCU number is beside a lightning icon, and the BP number is beside a wrench icon.
Total BP increases by the amount shown on the right. Total PCU increases by the amount shown on the left.

Actual results:

Two numbers appear, a 5 on the left and a 3 on the right.
Both numbers are beside the wrench icon for BP.
Total BP increases by 5 (left). Total PCU increases by 3 (right).

Note:
I don't have the Pact Worlds book, so I don't know what the official numbers are.
