FE Optional feature for drop down company box in Create New Contact

In Create a New Contact there is a drop down box for Companies. This box right now will do a fetch call for all companies that belong to a user so a company can be attached to a contact. Possible options for this drop down are:

To have the new company form or new contact form sort of like pop open when the user clicks to create new and then after the submit, both the company and the contacts are created at the same time.
