Minor updates to already updated M2 projects

Description of changes

• Ensure rubric’s testing competency example says “Application has a robust and thorough test suite” without stating “all functions….”
• Use Fit Lit Part 1 as reference for how to work the expectations for testing in the testing iteration.
• Update rubric layout of WC part 1 to use dropdowns like Overlook and Fit Lit

Reasons for changes:

• Testing verbiage changes because we've realized the current verbiage isn't possible/reasonable for students
• Dropdowns adding to WC for consistency in rubrics across M2

• Whats Cookin Part 1 (testing and dropdown)
• Whats Cookin Part 2 (not yet updated )
• Overlook
