Upgrade project to Java 21.
Check if all dependencies have version that supports Java 21.

Test the project on different distribution of Java JDK. Mainly on:

Oracle OpenJDK 21 (main build target)
Amazon Corretto 21
Red Hat’s OpenJDK 21
Eclipse Temurin JDK 21
