hey,

I just stumbled (again) on your pair programming guide since it was mentioned in the pointer.io newsletter :)

  1. on this page under mobbing, when i was reading One person drives while the group navigates. I was wondering if at that stage of reading, someone new to the topic even knows what driving and navigating might mean.

  2. So I was very curious to find the pair programming styles article next, and lo and behold, my favourite style of pairing, you think it sounds like madness, unbelievable :P :D
especially when pairing remotely, I really think this style has big advantages over the traditional driver/navigator split.

This issue right now is just to start a discussion, I'm happy to jump on a call to chat about this topic, or also see if I/we (I pair with Llewellyn every week) can write a bit more details about it for your guide.
