Every single model I've tried to convert, whether .ckpt or .safetensors results in the error;

global_step key not found in model

Can you check your packages versions such as diffusers? The repo was tested working for diffusers==0.13.1. That might be the reason for failures.

I installed diffusers==0.13.1 from the requirements.txt, into a venv - everything installed fine as far as I'm aware. I'll try again!
