When setting up AppVeyor and some other things (i.e., metadata in setup.py), I need to give an email address. It would be good to have tskit-dev@something. Any ideas for what this should be? It would be nice if we could have something that several people owned and could access without sharing a password (but it's not essential).

I set up [email protected] originally to try and get a shared mail inbox. However, this didn't work with appveyor, so I created [email protected]. I deleted the goodlegroups address.

I'll set up some forwards for this email address once appveyor is sorted out (It's quite painful!)
