No deployment.zip in last v1.4.0 relese #363

Describe the bug
Deployment.zip file is not included in the last release, thus auto deployment using trussworks/lambda/aws does not work.

Thanks for raising this! We have moved away from using zip deployments to lambda, favoring docker in lambda instead. It's likely there is a documentation gap in this repo. We'll take a look and update documentation as necessary.
