[Feature] Connect Ganache to Other RPC Nodes

This Issue is a blanket issue to track the desired feature request to connect Ganache to other RPC nodes (i.e. geth/Parity running on the same machine, geth/Parity running on another machine in the network, etc.).

Ganache is currently meant as a UI for the Ganache CLI/Core, and isn't currently meant as a client/wallet/etc for other RPC nodes/servers.

We currently don't have a plan if this feature will be implemented. While I'm sure a few of you may love to work this, this feature really has a lot of architectural changes. We're not currently looking for others to contribute PRs to solve this.

This is slightly related to #322, but I can see a solution that solves #322, but doesn't handle this feature entirely.

@seesemichaelj is the solution for #322 easier? All I want is to use the Ganache UI for a remote ganache-cli instance, not arbitrary RPC nodes.

We haven't given it too much thought @levity, but yes I imagine it'd be much easier
