Notification do not disappear automaticaly #341

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior (not sure if it is reliable):

  1. Go to 'Notification'
  2. Click on 'Enable'
  3. close the setting window
  4. wait for a notification
  5. from time to time the notification do not disappear after the timer ends

Expected behavior

notification should fade and disappear (or just disappear)

Problematic behavior

notificaton is displayed until I mouseover it

I think it might be related to fullscreen app (vlc, chrome etc, )
I'll keep a closer look to verify that
