add credo to main page

I noticed this 3-week-old issue isn't marked 'Ready' yet. Is this something someone in the first steps can work on?

Maybe the credo should be placed in the footer so that it shows up on every page, highlighting its importance.

I added the credo at the bottom of the page, but I think it would look better underneath the welcome message. What do you think, A or B?

maybe adding a "---" and starting with "treehouses: We strongly believe ..." could work
