Hi, I would like to use rhea to detect SVs in my samples. I have some environmental samples and each is an individual sample from an ecosystem. I do not have longitudinal samples, nor cross-sectional samples that were believed to share strains. I wonder if I can still use this tool to detect SVs between MAGs in each individual sample (i.e. can I provide 2+ MAGs as input assembled from the same sample and use rhea to detect SVs between those genomes)? Thank you very much!
