The clone tool allows folks to copy the contents of various types of logs into a local MySQL database.

The tool supports various "personality" APIs for interacting with these source logs, but currently does not support logs which are served using either the tlog-tiles or ct-static-api specs.

Adding support for these to the clone tool would allow folks to that tool for the newer generation of tile-based logs.
