ebook:
	- ToC doesn't build correctly in PDF: @done
		ToC has Intro / Patterns / Appendix (tree is complete, but all links in there are not working), after that "What is S3", Principles, Concepts, Patters, CsF, Appendix, and all are working fine. 
		Last good version was S3-practical-guide-2020-04-29 😭, the problem is the way ghostscript "merges" the pdf with the cover page, because the entire pdf is recreated in the process (that also explains why it took so long), resulting in loss of quality in illustrations and broken ToC. I need to set up the title page with a full page image 
	- Warning: Class scrreprt Warning: Usage of package `fancyhdr' together with a KOMA-Script class is not recommended. I'd suggest to use package `scrlayer' or `scrlayer-scrpage'
	- Package inputenc Warning: inputenc package ignored with utf8 based engines. @done
