Hello,

Can you please clarify in the workflow the exact directory setup and files to have? I am trying to run python raw_preprocess.py but am not sure what the inputs are being that I do not already have disease specific setup, and attendances.txt. Preprocessed files are the same as the input files. Are the samples not meant to be preprocessed?
