Unable to sync history from Amazon Prime in the UK

Expected Behavior

I should be able to sync my history with amazon prime

Current Behavior

When I get to "Select a streaming service to sync from:" I choose Amazon Prime.

I get a banner in the bottom left saying "failed to load history".

Steps to Reproduce

As above.

Additional Information

The URL for Amazon Prime in the UK is https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/video/storefront

Could this be the issue?

(Scrobbling does not appear to work either)

Experiencing the same behavior in Canada on both Firefox and Chrome.

I see the request to https://www.amazon.com/gp/video/api/getWatchHistorySettingsPage?widgetArgs=%7B%7D fails with 403, so maybe it was banned by Amazon to request this API directly

I tried that but it didn't help.
I logged into https://www.amazon.com/gp/video/settings/watch-history , and could see my history.
I then went to try to scrobble and got the same error as shown previously.
