You can install a development version of AFQ-Insight by cloning in the repository and then typing
pip install -e .[dev]
Activate the pre-commit formatting hook by typing
pre-commit install
Before committing your work, you can check for formatting issues or errors by typing
make flake
make test

- Your operating system name and version.
- Any details about your local setup that might be helpful in troubleshooting.
- Detailed steps to reproduce the bug.
