Add a new compilation argument for launch cube functions. It removes the need for most of the kernel settings and cleanup a lot the generation. It also allows states to be passed to the compiler and considered as just-in-time key. So, sequence can now be used as inputs to a kernel. This is going to be very important for rewriting fusion within burn.
