とりあえず初期リリース段階では部員全員にアクセス許すのでよさそう
後からちゃんと本人制御必要になるけど

caddy側で外部向けサイトは誰でもgetのみ、部員向けダッシュボードは認証をかけるようにした

部員なら誰でも変更出来てしまうので将来的にはこれを修正する必要がある
