Merge Blogger and Blogspot into Google?

Blogger and Blogspot should probably be merged as one service. But the privacy policy is the Google one, so should we merge that? Then what about Youtube for instance?

For now, I'm adding the device fingerprinting point to all three, and then we can see how to deal with those duplicates if/when we merge.

Actually, I can't find Blogger on phoenix, only Blogspot, so should see how to match that to this repo, where both services exist.
