Session timeout handling

Expected behavior

User should get a refreshed token and app should work as expected

Actual behavior

After session time out, once log back in, Whenever I go to https://challenges.topcoder.com/ and navigate to a project from there, it always loads a page without project details like this and I have to refresh once to get the project details
