Description:

There is no option to delete the first entered Work experience/Education/Language Skills once entered. Delete option is available only to second and following datas added.

If there's more than one form, each should have a "Delete This X" button. This way a user needn't delete newly entered data just to be able to delete the first one.

1. go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/onboard/build-my-profile
2. add a new record for any one category (work, education or language) do not enter any data for the newly created record
3. delete all other records in the category
4. click on continue

Since there is no data in the newly added record, the PUT operation is not made and hence the deleted records are not deleted in the BE.
