Describe the bug
search box for country is not clearly see user have to scroll down

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/
  2. click on menu
  3. click on the community
  4. click on join topcoder
  5. scroll down
  6. select checkbox
  7. click on select country

Expected behavior
search box should be visible from top
