Cant open autosubs file

I tried running the autosubs in DaVinci and it said:

import stable_whisper
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'stable_whisper'
I saw someone saying to delete "import stable_whisper"
But when I go to open the autosub file it immediately closes.
