Provide a Jazz upgrade instruction document as part of release notes.

Since Jazz keeps on adding new features and fixes, need an upgrade path for keeping existing installations up to date.

@suryajak : Cool. Until we have those advanced feature install and upgrade options available, it would be nice to provide a manual upgrade/patching instruction document. It would be harder to go for a fresh install at the Client site when a new release comes in.

Manual upgrade following release notes will be hard and error prone. For folks who are trying it out, destroy and install is a safer/easier option as it just works reliably. For folks that are installing and operating for production use cases, we have work arounds which we suggest based on the last release they have installed.
