CRD is too long to use apply method. Refer to tekton CRDs.

Removing openAPIv3Schema, CRDs are applied and operator is working without any observable side effects for now.

Yet, as long as we are using kubebuilder, such problem is not likely to be resolved since kubebuilder generates openAPIV3schema validation
