Parameters for cisTEM tutorial

This is just a note of things that are different in the tutorial for the current version:

• Particle picking parameters are different than what is suggested in tutorial . While experimenting, I often found that at the lowest allowed threshold (0.1) nothing was picked. Should we allow negative values?:

• During ab-initio I needed to use the "Always apply symmetry" option, otherwise neighboring particles would interfere and the apopferritin would wander out of the mask. While after 30 rounds the symmetry kicks in, I never got a good ab initio from that in maybe 5 tries

• I only get 3.3 A with Auto-Refine. Not quite sure where the problem is and I did not investigate a lot
