Trigger support?

Hello,
first of all thank you for the rust picoscope library.

Played around with it briefly and can say that it is complete enough for my use cases. I do miss trigger setup though. Have seen it in *-sys but not implemented on e.g. the streaming level. Did I miss something, or does the library need some more love?

Hi Jiri,

I built this library for my own usage to stream gap-less data from any Pico oscilloscope and it was designed to give a simple single API over all the different drivers.

There's no triggering support because I haven't needed it. I've also found that triggering is much more useful in block mode which is also not yet supported.

I am open to any help or PRs adding these features and have many devices to test with, I just don't have the time to do it all myself!
