Currently, adjusting allowance (to add lieu time etc) can only be done by using the 'Allowance Adjustment' setting for each employee.
However, this is a persistent setting (meaning it doesn't get logged anywhere and reset to 0 when you submit it), and thus leaves no paper-trail as to why they have extra time off, how much was added or when it was added, what it's for etc.
A better solution would be to have an Allowance Adjustment form, which has a number field for the amount to adjust and a text field for the reason it's being adjusted. Once submitted, the adjusted amount should be applied to the employees account, and the adjustment and reason should be emailed to the employee, as well as noted in the employees Calendar page under 'all absences' as an addition to their entitlement. With that, the 'all absences' section should be renamed to 'all adjustments' or something.
