Update script for non-Docker users

I've thrown together a little script to update my non-Docker installation, and thought perhaps others would benefit from it as well. I caution that this is definitely not a high quality script, and if anyone else uses it, they should verify the grafana path matches their installation, but this is working well for me, for painless upgrades to the latest release version of VWsFriend in a non-Docker installation.

Enhancements and improvements certainly welcome. Enjoy!
