Checklist for Deboarding

We'd appreciate it if you could take care of the following steps before you leave Tilburg Science Hub:

  • Teams: Exit the Tilburg Science Hub's Teams channel. Ensure you leave the respective team in the Teams channel and remove the WOW meeting from your calendar.
  • Clockify: The admin will handle the deactivation of your Clockify account.
  • Meet your Colleagues: Shift yourself from the RA pool column to the alumni column on the page.
  • Twitter: If applicable, remove access to the Tilburg Science Hub's Twitter channel.
  • LinkedIn: If applicable, remove access to the Tilburg Science Hub's LinkedIn channel.
  • Google Analytics: If applicable, remove access to the Tilburg Science Hub's Google Analytics.
  • Github Team: Leave the Tilburg Science Hub's team on Github.

How Does it Work?

  1. Initiate the Process: To request a Tilburg Science Hub Recommendation Letter, simply provide us with some basic information. Let us know which courses you undertook with us, the grades you achieved, and when you completed these courses.
  2. Reflect on Your Journey: Share with us the highlights of your time at Tilburg Science Hub. What are you most proud of achieving during your stay with us? Did you engage in any noteworthy projects?
  3. Faculty Input: Our faculty members will infuse their insights and observations into the recommendation letter, highlighting your academic accomplishments, personal growth, and contributions to our community.
