The general format of these is described in https://github.com/InteractiveAdvertisingBureau/openrtb/blob/master/extensions/community_extensions/skadnetwork.md#skadnetwork-id-lists-for-app-developers - although I still can't find an actual list for where everyone has them, obviously not everyone generates these and unity used a slightly different format above

The IAB (linked above) provides a (rather incomplete) list at https://tools.iabtechlab.com/skadnetwork which you can register an account for free to access.

Then have Google, for instance, but don't have google's select 3p buyers as noted https://developers.google.com/admob/ios/ios14#skadnetwork and https://developers.google.com/admob/ios/3p-skadnetworks
