How come this repo doesn't turn up in a search?

I've tried searching in so many ways, and despite that, I can't seem to find this repo in search results.

I was talking about through github itself. I find it fine using DDG.

The objective was to see other similar solutions to see variations/applicability--to see which is best for me. So far, this seems to be the best, yet if I search for it by copying and pasting its very name, it doesn't appear in github's search results.

I just checked and have the same behavior. Don't know why it's not indexed.
