difference between zero123-xl-diffusers and zero123-xl.ckpt

Thanks for your great work in Threestudio.

I have an ambiguity regarding bennyguo/zero123-xl-diffusers, which serves as zero123-unified-guidance, and load/zero123/zero123-xl.ckpt, which serves as zero123-guidance.

What's the difference between zero123-xl-diffusers and zero123-xl.ckpt? Do they both only condition on images and not on text?
