Map marker required but this is not clear

The event creation form has a map. This is where you set the event location, and you have to click the icon to position a marker, which is perhaps a little unclear.

I've added osmcal events many times, but for some reason I forgot how to do it, leading to an interesting user experience bug. I suppose in this brain fart moment I was imagining I was "setting up the map" to show the location of the event so I just zoomed and panned to position it well and did not place a marker.

Perhaps it could work like that (allow a map without a marker?), but probably the easiest thing would be to just make the resulting validation message better. Something like "You did not set an event a location. Use the marker button to place a marker on your event venue"

Or maybe that text "Use the marker button to place a marker on your event venue" could be always above the map

Instead we get a form validation error talking about timezone:
