Describe the bug
Activities on Strava with overlapping start/stop periods don't get loaded into the Elevate desktop app.
To Reproduce
It's a bit tricky to reproduce, but these steps will likely yield the same results:
Start an activity on a platform that syncs to Strava (like a Garmin watch)
With that activity running, start an activity from within the Strava app
Complete and save the Strava activity
Complete, save and sync the activity from step 1
Wait for Elevate to process the new activities
Notice that only one of the events is loaded into Elevate
Expected behavior
I can image this might not a bug, but a feature preventing duplicate activities. But maybe this can be solved with a manual review process, where these activities get flagged to accept or discard for the statistics?
Screenshots
Activities in Strava:
Activities in the Elevate desktop app (missing the main activity):
Notice the name of the activity being from the main activity, but the distance and time from the smaller one.
Environment
OS: MacOS
Desktop app version 7.2.0
Additional context
I noticed this behavior on the first sync in the Elevate desktop app.
While this might not be something that happens a lot, it did happen to me when my Fenix 7 Pro froze for a few minutes after a short pause mid-activity and I decided to track a bit of my activity with the Strava app instead, until the watch was usable again. (Make every km count, of course... 😅). Afterwards, both activities appeared on Strava like I expected, but the Elevate desktop app only loads the tiny bit that was tracked with the Strava app.
