Congratulations on how you have developed the integration of activities with the equipment and the monitoring of its use in order to be able to carry out maintenance and replacements when appropriate. What I can't think of how to suggest to you, but which is not solved, is how to manage the wear of components of a road bicycle and when this same bicycle is used on a virtual bicycle trainer.
I have created a "roller Trainer" bike that is actually the same road bike, but clearly the tire wear is not the same, for example, but perhaps the chain and transmission set is the same.
