KKpregnancy features not covered in Pregnancy Plus

I'd like to use the feature that just uses pregnancy plus shape adaptation only, the issue is, doing so means that the breast enhancement / growth is gone. You only get that from the basic pregnancy mod or using pregnancy plus with blend enabled.

Please, via your mod, offer your own sliders for breast changes. I'd request shape/size, but I'd also request nipple tint darkening.

I've though about it in the past, but it's a monumental amount of effort. Outside of bug fixes or new game ports, I don't have any new plans for Preg+.

If you or someone else wants to make a PR for it, or just use this code as a template for a new breast related plugin, that would be fine by me. But like I mentioned it would be a ton of work to do that, even for someone familiar with the code.

Would it be possible to disable the KKP / KKSP belly, but not the breasts? Since the code is already worked out to ignore the KKP belly changes. Rather than a whole new list of sliders.
