[Feature]: update copy on the profile creation screens

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

"What are you looking for", "Who am I?", and "What are your interests?" are fairly repetitive screens and aren't immediately obvious to users what they're used for. We should add text to make it clearer what they're for.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the copy as follows:

• "What are you looking for"
  • This lets us know the type of roles you want to chat with and helps us to create better connections options for you. Select the best options for who you want to chat with
• "Who am I?"
  • This let us know who you are so others can better identify if they want to chat with you. Select the most relevant for you so people can find you.
• "What are your interests?"
  • This tells us what you're interested in at the conference and helps us to better match you with the types of individuals you want to talk to. Select all relevant interests.
